ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [733], [33554472], [top uga heap

Hi all,
i have a problem during the running Oracle 9i. 128 MB Images are stored in my table. I use Oracle interMedia in order to find similar images. But i get always the error message:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00600: internal error code , Argumente: [733], [33554472], [top uga heap], [], [], [], [], []

I want to know how can i solve the problem? I don't understand the error message. Please help!
