ORA-00600: Internal Error Code

I'm getting the following errors in a 10g database running on a Windows 2000 server. The same database configuration is used by multiple client locations. This is the only one that displays this problem.

***Error***
Errors in file e:\oracle\product\10.1.0\admin\cms\bdump\cms_smon_1428.trc:
ORA-01595: error freeing extent (2) of rollback segment (10))
ORA-00607: Internal error occurred while making a change to a data block
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4194], [3], [6], [], [], [], [], []

Sometimes the .trc file listed in the first line is over 1GB in size. Has anyone see this before or know what's causing it?
