ORA-00443: background process "DBRM" did not start while creating Auxiliary

Hi All,

I am trying to clone the database using DUPLICATE command.
Version is 11.2.0.0

I am getting below error while starting the database.

SQL> startup nomount pfile='/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_3/dbs/initapp2.ora'
ORA-00443: background process "DBRM" did not start

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
