I am trying to create a database in advanced mode by using the database configuration assistant (Oracle XE). I am on Windows 11.
Everything seems well but at he step of the creation I have the ORA-00442 error.
I really don't anderstand why … I have no other instance running, only one oracle XE installation (21c) … Someone can help me ?
