ORA - 00439 : Feature not enabled: Real Application Clusters

Hi...,

i m using windows vista business 32 bit,
i installed my oracle 10g R2 in my pc but while startup my database database manually i got error msg
cmd> startup nomount
ORA - 00439 : Feature not enabled: Real Application Clusters

Plz resolve it ... as soon as possible and plz show me windows based any solution.
