ORA-00371: not enough shared pool memory, should be atleast 132663296 bytes

we are using oracle 10G 10.02 on windows 2000 server professional.
using spfile my computer memorey = 2GB & hard disk size 300 gb , our database / oracle is not available and when we going to startup or startup no mount its gives error ORA-00371: not enough shared pool memory, should be atleast 132663296 bytes so what we do any one can help.
