Ora 00124 error control file is coming ,

Hi ,

Logged on of our branch server shutdown earlier and we were just able to restore it. We tried logging into the database and the message said ora-01033 Oracle initialization or shutdown in progress. The database was then shutdown and once we tried to restart the attached error message came up

Ora 00124 error control file is coming ,

Please assist
