ORA-00054: Resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified

Hi,

When I key in the following sql command using Oracle SQL Developer.
drop table tempUsage

I am experiencing the following error:
ORA-00054: Resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified
00054. 00000 - "resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified"
*Cause: Resource interested is busy
*Action: Retry if necessary
Error at Line: 1

I have already start and exit from the Oracle SQL Developer several times and rebooted my PC several times. However the error remains there.

Please give me any help! Thanks alot in advance!!
