On upgraded 24.2.3 from 19.2 instance saving any Interactive Grid primary report throws an error “ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_240200.IG_RPT_COL_PK) violated for ajax_dispatch_request”. It is the same on all applications and only for IG

Do you have any idea how to further debug it or suggestion for a fix?
