OPW-00001:Unable to Open password file

Hi all,

While trying to create password file i am getting the following error,

I am using this command:

orapwd file='G:\app\test\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1\database\PWDTEST.ORA entries=5 forec=y ignorecase=y nosysdba=n

OPW-00001:Unable to open password-file
