OPMN issue

Hello,

Whenever I start the application server I encounter a dialog box with the following error

"opmn.exe encountered a problem and needed to close."

When I try to troubleshoot it, it takes me to a temp folder in the c:\ which contains "accompat.txt" and "opmn.exe.mdmp" which is said to cause the problems.

helps to diagnose the problem it still doesn't provide an able solution for the issue. I would appreciate your help.
