APEX

Hello friends:
I installed sucesful, 10g Database release 2 and HTTP (companion CD).
Setup Oracle Application Express.

All was just perfect and even more, used it to create a wrokspace, import a pages and database structure....

That was a few days ago (sort of 5-10 days) and after that i was able to use it just perfectly.

But last night, when I start all the process, databse tns process, database isntance, http processes, database console...... I can not use APEX.
When I check for HTTP startup, I see that it didn't start.
If I use the link (installation start program shortcut for opmn) it just open a dos promt and close inmediately.
If I use the windows services process windows to start http process and http control, it start but If I chec fot the status on dos ti shows me the following.

opmn id=aemsglobalgroup:6200 no processes matched this request

I don't know how it happens because it was working just fine.

Any idea.
