OPM Parser Resource Manager error.

Hi,

I tried to open a OPM project from an earlier version (10.4.3) in my OPM 10.4.5 and got the following error. This error however doesn't occur in those projects that are created in OPM 10.4.5 . Any suggestion is welcome.
