OPIRIP: Uncaught error 28.

Hi,

Today I found below error in one of log file in /bdump directory(log file : oltpa_j003_15827.trc):

I could understand that one of the session was killed but what I could not understand is "OPIRIP: Uncaught error 28. Error stack:". Could anyone please give some information about the error and if this is very critical error?
