opiodr aborting process unknown ospid (1602) as a result of ORA-609

has been continuously presenting the following error in the database, someone knows what can be the solution have been made the following adjustments to the listener and sqlnet.ora but has not been solvedin the database which can be anyone knows the solution following the vessel have been cast out adjustments to the listener and sqlnet.ora but has not been solved.

listener.ora
LOGGING_LISTENER = ON
ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_LISTENER=ON

INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT_listener=120

sqlnet

NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH = (TNSNAMES, HOSTNAME)

SQLNET.INBOUND_CONNECT_TIMEOUT=180

DIAG_ADR_ENABLED = OFF
