operating system resource quota exceeded

vuatabcFeb 13 2007 — edited Feb 15 2007
I got that error and it was fixed by stopping and restart oracle. ( /etc/init.d/oracle-xe restart ) but the web interface shows me that there are still 3.7G of storage available , and the memory is about 25% available.

I notice that one of the errors is " Linux Error: 28: No space left on device", and df -k shows it has more than 3G free. Does Oracle-XE needs some temporary space of that big ?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
