openSSH for Windows

In the docs for R2 [10gR2 Management Agent Deployment Best Practices, Nov 2005] Management Agents can be deployed via SSH to new hosts. Has anyone got this working? Is there an SSH package that works on Windows 2003 (Oracle docs say use openSSH but this is not certified for Win2003, at least not from the website http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net).
No hurry here as the current betting is that PlayStation3 will be available BEFORE EM10gR2 Grid Control for Windows.
