Opening two separate designs on start of Data Modeler

I have to separate designs, each stored separately (in a .dmd file and corresponding folder). Can I configure Data Modeler in that way, that double clicking either file opens the Data Modeler with the two designs saved last, containing both designs (Hades, and HadesEnrolment) as seen in the Browser in the attached screenshot.
