Opening of new financial year in OSA

Hi,
We are using Oracle Sales Analyser but i havet enough knowledge.
We wana to open new financial year along with periods. OSA is fetching data from EBS 11.5.9 but we dont know how to open new financial years in OSA.

Please advise.
