Open Wallet Failed - error message

I m getting the following error message:
"open wallet failed", in the log file generated,
while trying to open my forms. i have followed all the instructions regarding SSL and creating a certificate using oracle wallet manager.
I m using:
Oracle9iAS -Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.0.1.1.1,
JInitiator version 1.1.8.3,
JServer Release 9.0.1.1.1,
SQL*Plus: Release 8.0.6.0.0,
Forms6i.
