'Open SQL Worksheet' opens multiple worksheets?

Hi all-

I recently installed/upgraded to 4.2.0.17.089 (from 4.0.3.16.84). I've noticed that when I click on 'Open SQL Worksheet', under my connections, that it will sometimes open (2) worksheets (e.g. duplicates) - it isn't happening everytime and I don't believe I am double-clicking on the mouse ...

Here's an example:

* Opening one, opened two

I don't recall this happening before I installed the new version (I did "import" my "preferences" during the install ...). Anyone seen this before?
