Open Script on OLT not recording the forms

Hi I am using ATS 9.2, Oracle 12i Applications, Open script is recording well and playing back well on functional testing.
But during the OLT testing openscript is recording the web applications but not recording the forms.
I have tried with few ways but didnot work out.

Is there some setting that I am missing.
Appreciate your suggestion/support.
