Open Script cannot get connection from the browser helper after 15 seconds

Open Script new Script Record auto begins by auto opening new browser tab of Internet Explorer

even dough default browser is Edge and FireFox and Chrome are also installed and Chrome has some open tabs. Next, some URI is entered but when returned to OpenScript to stop recording a message appeared:

Is it possible to the following:

change browser to Chrome or Edge or FireFox and
not get this message described in the header of discussion?
