Open HTML page in EPM workspace using SmartCut

Hi,

I have some html page in Explore

If I open it in Workspace it shows as a tab in workspace

But if I open it using SmartCut link. It opens without workspace

Question:

How can I open this page in Workspace TAB by direct link ? (as on second picture)
