Open Form from Menu with user variable as parameter

Hello.

I'm searching a way to open a form (starting from another) giving also the user variable as parameter. I was thinking to implement a menu with a direct URL to the form and the user variable as parameter. Is it possible or do you know another solution?

The parameter has to be also dynamic (using the member selected in the first form.
