Open document/Image in new window on link click and provide print option to it???

Hello Everyone,

My Jdeveloper version is 11.1.1.7.0.

I have one ADF page, in which i have one check box and one statement beside the checkbox as "Please check this box, Read Agreement Carefully".

Read Agreement Carefully should be hyperlink, on clicking the link it should open a new maximized window and show the Agreement document and also it should have one button on top of the document to print it.

How can i open the Agreement document on hyperlink click?

How can i allow users to have print option on top of the document?

Please give me your valuable suggestions to achieve this...
