Open .doc document always locked

Hi All,

I have a problem with my oracle form application while opening .doc file via Ms Word. My case is like this: i use a button to open doc file from my oracle form page, it works fine (i click the button then document open in Ms Word) while my windows is still on SP2 but after i upgrade to SP3 document cannot open properly..it always said "used by another user".

Does anyone know how to solve it?
