Open Declaration / Peek - No Declaration

When I right-click on an object, I know exits and do “Go to declaration” or “Peek”
I get:
Error - 11:06:25 AM] Request textDocument/declaration failed.

Message: Server Error

Code: -32000

At the same time, I can run the query and get results back from the server.
