Hello All,

DB - 12.1.0.2.0

OS - Oracle Linux Server 6.10

We are getting ORA-01000 maximum open cursors exceeded error. Do we need to change the OPEN_CURSORS parameter value. At present its 2000 which i think its sufficient, but application team not in favor of us.

...and what condition we have to judge to increase the parameter.
