Open an entry from the navigation menu in a new window

Hi,
I have created in the navigation menu a new entry. The target is an URL. It opens in the same window. Is it possible to open this URL in a new window ?
I have tried this with no effect :

I am using APEX 20.2 and the Universal Theme.
