Hi,

Is it possible to rollback a patch via opatch if a patch appears to cause problems over time?

So for example rollback a stand alone patch after a period of time (i.e. two weeks or a month etc) after it was applied? I have not had to do this in past so wondered if it was feasible & could it cause any issues also?

This is as I am applying a standalone patch to my test system prior to applying to the prod/prod standby env. The patch is to fix a standby issue and my test system is not connected to standby. So you could argue that the actual test of the pacth does not come into play until applied to our prod env.
