oPatch for Windows?

Hi,

Our DBA just quit and I'm stuck trying to figure out how to apply a critical patch. Before he left, he mentioned something about the opatch utility. However, I am having a difficult time finding information about opatch.

We're running 9.2.0.4 database on Windows Server 2003.

Is opatch available for Windows?

Where can I download it from?

Is there a guide on how to use it?
