Opatch failed with error code = 39

I am trying to install patch 16345846 and I keep getting the prerequisites failed error. I am running Oracle release 11.2.0.1. The required components missing is oracle.rdbms.rsf, 11.2.0.2. My question is there a way to get this patch to install or is Oracle version 11.2.0.2 required for this patch?
