Oracle Database Discussions

I am working on a 11.1.0.7 environment on a Linux 64 bit machine.
I need to apply the patch 9654987to the OH. I am trying to query if there is a conflicting patch in the OH with respect to this patch.
But I am getting the below error. Anybody encountered this issue before?

I am using the latest OPatch versioni. i.e. OPatch Version: 11.1.0.6.2
