Hi All,
I am trying to run assessments for opa mobile devices. I have configured the things mentioned in the documentation. But, when I try to load the interviews from my mobile device, I see the below image.
Here are few debugging steps done by me.
1. I checked the username of the hub and the account name in my service cloud console to make sure both are the same. (I hope the account name refers to first name + last name).
2. Checked the permissions of of the user set to mobile/not.
3. Checked the assessments created in service cloud.
Is there any additional steps missing here?
