HI everyone,
i am looking for information that describes the capability that opa has with oracle rightnow.
initial digging points to the use of the Opa hub, but what I would like to establish is
1) is it possible to include interviews from opa directly into Rightnow workspaces?
2) is it possible to include interviews into rightnow web portal ( this one seems to be documented)
3) what is the best practice for doing rules based determination between rightnow and opa, where the result would eventuate in data creation within rightnow custom and standard objects.
