ONRSD.EXE applicatoin error: 9i on XP

I am running Oracle 9i (personal) on Windows XP and get the following error: "The instruction at "0x7c911e58" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Everything works fine (as far as I have been able to tell), but the error everytime I restart the system is driving me crazy. Any light into what this error is doing and how to correct it would be most appreciated.
