We installed OracleXE21C, APEX25.2, ORDS25.3 and Tomcat9 over Server 2022 Standard.
We typed our OpenAI config to Generative AI screen but we are getting this error.
1 error has occurred
- Authentication error or forbidden access (HTTP-) for URL https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions. Please check the configuration of Generative AI Service openai.
We tried a lot of additional configs, we added wallet and openai certificates. At the and we achived to run openai integration from plsql developer screen. This is showing us wallet and certificates are true.
We changed wallet settings over ords_config for tomcat too. But openai integration is not running.
Which config should we do, could you help us please?
