One Master table with multiple detail tables

Greetings to everyone and Gurus!!

What is the best approach to design an apex page with one master table and two detail tables? Table: Master has two or three detail tables: DetailA and DetailB. Apex master detail wizard only allow one master table and one detail table. In Oracle form, I have no problem, but Apex?
