One APEX Application connect to multiple database at runtime

I need to develop one APEX application which need to connect with different databases according to Client login.
Example :
I have 3 client to whom i need give 3 different databases with same application. Apex application will be connect to particular database according to client login. Kindly suggest the best way to achieve it.
