OnChange on a radio group

Hi

How does work the onchange event in a radio group? Any time the radiobutton gets a value, the onchange event is triggered?

In my case, I have a page that receives by parameter the default value of a radiobutton. In that case, the onchange event is triggered? Is that is the case, then is not working.

Can someone help with this issue?
