I think it's fantastic we have a feature request application.

I refer to it numerous times in this forum.
Sometimes it bears fruit.
But not only would we like to see it re-skinned, but also a review of whatever process is used for triage. Perhaps add more visibility/feedback?
The request AEBU is esoteric but small, simple, and would offer greater flexibility in an under-used feature.
The underlying WWV_FLOW_PAGE_CACHE table isn't that complex, I'm pretty sure the tweak required of apex_region.purge_cache would be minimal.
But it was made almost 7 years ago, has only 3 ratings, and sits stagnant. Forever? How do we know?
This is but one example.
