I want to use DB Link in Oracle Apex. My primary DB is hosted in On-Promises and Oracle Apex is hosted in Oracle Cloud.
Is it possible to connect On-promises server throw Site to Site VPN in Oracle Cloud. if it is connected, can we create DB Link and other integrations.
