On Part-007 cannot perform bower install -- I saw this q previously but did not see any answer.

Was anyone able to solve this issue -- went back but did not find a step that might correct this. Please offer solution if you were able to fix the issue?

I would like the alternative if someone has found a work around. Did you have to download all dependencies to your pc?
