On link file should download not open in another window.

Dear Friends,

i am working on apex 5.0.

i have followed below link to display directory file from server and open the files.

I have completed all the steps and working.

But when i click on the link. My blob is openning on new page. i want to download the file not to open in another window. How can i do this?
