i have a tabular block ,
the user can insert one row or more than one , i want to know , in this case , which trigger fires ? i believe it's "on-insert" ?
but
what if the user updates a record or more after inserting ? which one will fire ? is it the "on-update" , and the "on-insert" does not ?
and
if the on-insert fire , will it add the same row twice ? i mean will it add it again ?
