ON CPU and WAIT FOR CPU

Hi All,

A user session connected to oracle DB via MWAJDBC is having trouble with wait issues, ASH report for session show wait time is because of query on CPU and WAIT FOR CPU.

Please advise what exactly it is and why it used to happen and how it can be avoided.
