OMSPatcher was not able to connect to OMS repository

Hello,

I am in the process of installing a recommended system patch to my OEM 13c environment. I get the below error when i analyze the patch to look  for conflicts. I have confirmed the sysman user  connectivity to the repository , but i dont know why i am still getting the below error message.  Please advise!!

OMSPatcher finds that it is not able to connect to OMS repository.

Recommended actions: Please check OMS repository connectivity for SYSMAN user and run 'opatchauto' again.

OMSPatcher failed with error code 235
