OMS unable to start (Error message: oracle/security/jps/az/internal/runtime/provider/PDPServiceProvi

Team,

            OEM 13C has been running fine  on a Linux server for sometime. Process suddenly died one fine morning. when attempting to start,

./emctl start oms 

we get the following error: Appreciate if anyone has come across it.
