OMS EMC Clariion Plug-in "Pending Status"

Hi:

I'm trying to monitor the EMC CLarrion storage using OMS. I have upgraded OMS and OMA to 10.2.0.4 as per install guide and deployed the plug-in version- emc_clariion_storage 1.1.3.0.0 and added to the agent. For whatever reason, the status from OMS is showing "Pending". The OMA is up and runnignwith status "UP". When i get into teh "Reports" in the EMC tab, i see these error messgaes from teh EMC Summary Report and other drop-downs in EMC tab on OMS:

What is it i'm missing? Did anyone successfully configured monitoring EMC Clariion System using OMS?
